Kudos

Kudos is our in-house developed web app where we thank each other for a good job with points, and turn them into rewards. It’s responsible for:

• Say thanks: Give a colleague points, and tell them why (optionally hidden from the public feed)

• Gifts: The back office gifts points on special occasions, which you’ve to claim after logging in

• Rewards: Turn your points into a voucher (1 point = CHF 1)

• Mattermost: New points & gifts are announced in Mattermost

Hint

You’re added to the directory on your first login, so your colleagues can only give you points once you logged in at least once.
