Calendar and contacts

We’ve a central calendar, and contacts server.

Calendar

We’re using the CalDAV protocol for our calendar services. CalDAV is supported by most calendar clients (i.e. Calendar in macOS).

The settings can be found in the CalDAV connection settings documentation.

Hint

There are alternative calendar clients available, such as Fantastical, or Calendar 366.

Calendar subscriptions

For our recurring events, and 🧹 Chores, we’ve created a central ICS subscription service. You can subscribe to the different ICS URL’s from your calendar client.

Contacts

We’re using the CardDAV protocol for our calendar services. CardDAV is supported by most conatct clients (i.e. Contacts in macOS).
