Our strategy turns the Vision into a concrete direction, what we focus on, and what we deliberately don’t.

Strategic focus

We focus on two strategic pillars:

  Everything individual, and customer-specific.

  Tailor-made software, IT operations, and services like business/IT alignment.
• 📦 Products

  Standard software, built once, and used by many.

Across both pillars, we build, and deliver AI-first — with AI at the core, not bolted on.

Strategy meetings

We review, and adjust the strategy in four strategy meetings per year, one per quarter, in lockstep with our OKRs cycle.

The Bastards in charge prepare each meeting, but the whole team comes together to steer the company:

1. Review

   Look back at the past quarter to see what worked, what didn’t, and score the OKRs.
2. Align

   Revisit the Vision, and check our direction still fits the market, and reality.
3. Adjust

   Sharpen the strategy by setting priorities, and decide where to double down, or pull back.
4. Define

   Translate the strategy into the next quarter’s OKRs.
