To update the jobs on our website, check out the jobs YAML files in the website repository.
For existing jobs, you just need to set the active boolean flag to True. For new jobs, just create a new YAML file.
Note
Since most job platforms are automatically crawling our site for new jobs automatically, we don’t need to open a job advertisment anywhere.

Participants are Robert (technical) and/or Dominique (operational / management)
Goal is to get to know the applicant, as well as challenging him/her
We also present our company to the applicant
On-site interview¶
Location is St. Gallen
Time boxing is 4 hours
Participants are Robert and Dominique
Ask open questions about hobbies, strenghts, as well as past projects & roles
Challenge the applicant with real world challenges
See how the applicant is doing regarding knowhow, stress resistance & responsibility
