InterviewΒΆ

Stage 1: Phone interviewΒΆ

  • Interview is via phone, resp. Jitsi

  • Time boxing is 15 minutes

  • Participants are Robert, and/or Dominique

  • Goal is to get to know the applicant, and to get a feeling if he/she could be a match

Stage 2: On-site interviewΒΆ

  • Interview is on-site in St. Gallen

  • Time boxing is 1 hour

  • Participants are Robert, and Dominique

  • We present our company to the applicant (15min)

  • We ask open questions about hobbies, strengths, as well as past projects & roles

  • Goal is to evaluate the applicants’ personality, to determine if their values align with our Foundation

Stage 3: TrialΒΆ

  • Interview is on-site in St. Gallen

  • Time boxing is 3 hours

  • Participants are Robert, and Dominique

  • Challenge the applicant with real world challenges

  • See how the applicant is doing regarding knowhow, stress resistance & responsibility

  • Goal is to test the skill set, and see how the applicat works under pressure
