Agile servicesΒΆ
Our agile services support our ScrumC process, and our OKRs.
RoadmapΒΆ
Because GitLab isnβt optimal to view all OKRs, weβve built our own web-based Roadmap to visualise them. It helps us to see:
When we want to achieve something
Where weβve probably over-committed (i.e. too many OKRs in one date range)
Whoβs in charge of a specific OKR
Whoβs probably overloaded (i.e. too many OKRs on one person)
Retro tool boxΒΆ
Our Retro tool box is a dashboard for our Retrospective, which pulls the following data from GitLab:
Stale branches, which should be deleted (i.e. merged but not removed, or long unmerged)
Open merge requests, which need attention, or have grown idle
Unfinished stories, which are still planned, or in doing
Flagged stories (e.g. ad-hoc stories), which landed during the sprint
Old issues, which have been open for too long
NoddlΒΆ
Noddl is our in-house developed, collaborative huddle notes tool for our team Retrospective, and any other meeting or workshop where we collect ideas together. Itβs responsible for:
Boards: Create boards, optionally split into areas (e.g. Β«went wellΒ» & Β«to improveΒ»)
Notes: Add coloured sticky notes, and arrange them on the board
Collaboration: Work on a board together in real-time
Guests: Invite guests without an account, e.g. customers in a workshop
