If you don’t know Git, or GitLab, check out the following topics:

Note

No need for a deep dive β€” the Wikipedia intro will do the trick. As long as you’ve got the big picture, you’re good to go.

4.2. Login into GitLabΒΆ

Now visit our GitLab, and do this:

  1. Login into GitLab, by using your personal credentials with the LDAP provider

  2. Setup the 2-factor authentication

  3. Ask your coach to add you to the confirm GitLab group

  4. Check out the issue board, and search for your Onboarding issue

Hint

Well known 2-factor authentication apps are Google Authenticator or Duo. Password managers such as Enpass sometime also have 2FA included, so that you don’t need a separate app for it.

Note

If you don’t know GitLab yet, ask your coach for an introduction.
