Keep stakeholders in the loop — connect people, communicate proactively, and report transparently.
🔀 Translate

Translate between business, and IT stakeholders, align expectations, and turn fuzzy ideas into real specs.
🧬 Processes & methodology

Improve collaboration, set up workflows, set goals, and bring structure into chaos.
✅ Quality gates

Introduce, and maintain quality gates to spot issues before they become a problem.

The «automation ninja» is the «DevOps engineer», and has the following responsibilities:

🔧 Systems engineering

Monitor, automate, and maintain the IT infrastructure to keep our services running smoothly.
⚙️️ Config management

Maintain and improve our Ansible & GitLab CI-based environment.
🔄 CI/CD pipelines

Configure, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, to automatically deploy infrastructure changes.
🔬 Testing & QA

Ensure what we ship works, and matches our coding guidelines, and quality standards.
🎓 Trainees

Support the next generation – share your knowledge, and mentor our trainees with your guidance.

The «coding samurai» is the «developer», and has the following responsibilities:

Develop digital solutions, and write maintainable code, aligned with our standards.

Leverage our AI-based solutions to automate the boring stuff, and let the team focus on what matters.
🔄 CI/CD pipelines
