Access

Network access

To access our networks, you can use one of the following methods:

• Use the Ethernet connected to the monitors in the office

• Use the Wireless

• Use the Road warrior VPN

Server access

Our Firewalls prohibit direct access to the servers from the internet.

To access the servers, follow these steps:

1. Ensure you’ve Network access

2. Use ssh to login to one of the servers

Office access

Our office uses a badge reader by salto access system.

Before you can access the office, you need to have a badge.

Add / delete user badge

• Present the programming key once to the reader

• Present all user keys which you want to add, or remove

• When a key is added, the light will turn 🟢 green

• When a key deleted, the light will turn 🔴 red

• Close the programming mode by:

  • presenting the programming key again

  • or wait 5 seconds for the lock to close the programming mode itself

Activate office mode

• Present the office key once to the reader

• Present all user keys for which you want to activate, or deactivate the office mode

• When the office mode is activated, the light will turn 🟢 green

• When the office mode is deactivated, the light will turn 🔴 red

• Close office mode by:

  • presenting the programming key again

  • or wait 5 seconds for the lock to close the office mode itself

Note

The office mode allows a user to permanently open the door, by pushing down the lever, and then presenting the badge.
