The «digital overload» is the CIO of the company, and has the following responsibilities:

Guide the technical direction – support engineers, make key calls, and keep our environment healthy.
📏 Technical standards

Establish technical standards that promote code quality, maintainability, and system reliability.
💬 Collaboration & communication

Act as a bridge between tech and business teams — translate needs and priorities.
🤝 Procurement

Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and evaluate performance, and cost-effectiveness
🛡 Security & compliance

Ensure best practices are in place, and everything we build is secure from the ground up.

Team up with the Decision overlord to represent the company, build trust, and share our story.

The «profit overload» is the CFO of the company, and has the following responsibilities:
