1.1. Meet your coachΒΆ
By now, you shouldβve already met your coach β your personal sidekick for navigating the wilds of our company. Think of them as your friendly guide, here to answer questions, show you the ropes, and make sure you donβt accidentally deploy to production on day one. So go ahead, ask away!
Now, if everything goes according to plan, your coach will be by your side throughout your onboarding. But, weβre a small team, and real life happens β calendars fill up, notifications get missed, and sometimes humans do human things (like forgetting stuff).
So donβt hesitate to reach out to other teammates too β weβve all got your back.
1.2. Take your timeΒΆ
We get it β work life can be a whirlwind. Fast-paced, full of pings, and occasionally fueled by too much coffee. But hey, todayβs your first day β so hereβs something important we want you to hear:

No pressure β youβre not here to break speed records. Take your time, settle in, explore. Honestly, no oneβs expecting you to be productive in your first couple of days :)

Sure, we might come off like weβve got it all figured out (hello, smart-ass mode π), but letβs be real β weβre far from perfect. What we are is hungry to get better, and always up for going the extra mile (more on that later).
So if you spot a typo, a broken link, or just something that makes you go βhuh?β β tell us! Weβre big fans of continuous improvement, and this handbook is part of that journey. Every onboarding is a chance to level up β one helpful tweak at a time.
