AI is our daily companion, which we’re using for:
Operations & automation: Operate, automate and troubleshoot our infrastructure services
Coding & reviews: Write, refactor & review code, while we enforce coding guidelines
Back office: Handle our accounting & ERP, and write documents in TINO
Sales: Create quotes with Calcimero, and create offerings in TINO
Content & communication: Write docs, insights, and improve our communication

Never put confidential or customer data into any AI tool.
You’re responsible for the results, so always review what the AI did.
AI tools¶
We’re using the following AI tools:
Claude (web & desktop): Our general-purpose AI assistant
Claude Code: Our agentic coding assistant (terminal, IDE & desktop)
MCP servers: Our own MCP servers, which connect the AI assistants to our tools & knowledge
Getting started with AI¶
To get started with AI in your daily business:
Login to Claude with your
@confirm.chemail address via our SSOConnect our MCP servers, so Claude can access our tools & knowledge
Ask Claude for help, and always review what it did
Note
Our Skills are pre-installed by our Claude organisation, so you don’t have to add them.
