Happiness fairy¶
The «happiness fairy» is the «relationship manager», and has the following responsibilities:
- 🧑🤝🧑 Employee relationsTake care of the people stuff — holidays, absences, milestones, and small moments that matter.
- 🤝 Customer relationsKeep the good vibes flowing – manage gifts, plan appointments, and help us show customers we care.
- 🕵🏻♂️ HR controllingKeep an eye on HR ops, by tracking timesheets, workloads, and absences.
- 🗂 HR administrationKeep the operations machine running, and handle the HR paperwork, so the team can focus on work.
- 🎉 EventsPlan the fun stuff, organize team, as well as customer events that people actually want to show up to.
Chaos coordinator¶
The «chaos coordinator» is the «operations manager», and has the following responsibilities:
- 💸 AccountingHandle the numbers behind the scenes — manage invoices, vendor bills, and taxes.
- 🕵🏻♂️ Financial controllingTrack the money flow, and keep an eye on budgets, depreciation, and missing payments.
- 📅 PayrollingTake care of the monthly payrolling, the edge-case extras, and all the compliance reporting.
- 💳 ExpensesRetreive, validate, and approve expenses — fast, fair, and without chasing people for crumpled receipts.
- 🧹 Facility managementKeep the office in shape – fix what’s broken, refill what’s missing, and keep the chaos in check.
