MCP servers & skillsΒΆ
To make AI assistants really useful for us, we connect them to our tools & knowledge via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and teach them our guidelines via skills.
MCP serversΒΆ
Weβre providing the following MCP servers:
Handbook MCP: Search & read this handbook
Glancelot MCP: Find bookmarks, and read the service documentation
TINO MCP: Read, write & compile Typst documents
Calcimero MCP: Fetch prices, and create quotes
Important
You should be able to login with your @confirm.ch email address via our SSO.
When logged in, all our MCP servers should already be listed and you only have to connect them.
Handbook MCPΒΆ
The handbook is also available as public, read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so AI assistants can search and read the handbook on their own.

SkillsΒΆ
We convert selected handbook documents into AI / LLM skill files, so we can use them when we leverage AI LLMs to create content. In Claude, the skills are pre-installed by our organisation, so you donβt have to do anything.
For other AI assistants, all generated skill files are published in the skills index. Download the Markdown file of a skill and add it to your favourite AI assistant.
Hint
The skill files are generated automatically during the documentation build.
A document opts in by defining a :skill-description: metadata field at the very top of its RST source, and optionally a :skill-name: field to override the skill name.
