We convert selected handbook documents into AI / LLM skill files, so we can use them when we leverage AI LLMs to create content.

Hint

The skill files are generated automatically during the documentation build. A document opts in by defining a :skill-description: metadata field at the very top of its RST source, and optionally a :skill-name: field to override the skill name.
