Calendar subscriptions

For recurring calendar events, we’ve created a central ICS service. Feel free to subscribe to one of the following ICS files:

• Recurring meetings

• Holidays (Ferien) of the city St. Gallen

• Holidays (Feiertage) of the canton St. Gallen

• Holidays (Feiertage) of the canton Zug

Important

Please do not download the ICS files, but use the URL to subscribe.

DAV client

Please use the following settings to configure your calendar and contact clients:

	Personal account (Calendar)	Personal account (Contacts)	IT account (Contacts)
Protocol	CalDAV	CardDAV
Username	your UID		it
Password	your LDAP password		stored in the Enpass vault
Server	calendar.confirm.ch
Port	auto or 443
SSL	yes, use SSL
Path	auto or /caldav.php/<your UID>	auto

Important

If you use Thunderbird or Outlook as Client, you have to use the URL https://calendar.confirm.ch/caldav.php/<your UID>/calendar as Calendar Location.

Important

Please do not use the calendar / reminders on the IT account, because we don’t need that.

DAV server

The server is powered by DAViCal and it runs on calendar1.pvt.confirm.ch.

Point your browser to the calendar.confirm.ch URL and login with the it account and the password stored in the Enpass vault.

Important

Please note a user has to login at least once, so that you can see the user resource in the DAViCal web interface. Also make sure the user is part of the confirm IT solutions group with the appropriate permissions.
