Responsibility

  • From Monday to Thursday, Erion is responsible for all chores

  • Every Friday afternoon, Kenin is responsible for all chores

Daily chores

Every morning

  • Turn on the coffee machine

  • Empty the dish washer

  • Fill the water bottles with fresh water

  • Refill the coffee machine with coffee beans and water

  • Check the WCs and refill the toilet paper and wet wipes if necessary

Every evening

  • Pick up all used tableware, put it in the dish washer and start it

  • Surface clean and turn off the coffee machine

  • Empty the coffee grounds box

  • Put full rubbish bags into the let’s call it atrium

  • Put full WeRecycle bags into the shower

  • Maintain the kitchen in a tidy and orderly state

Weekly chores

Every first workday

Check the stock of…

  • Milk

  • Coffee beans

  • Carbonated sparkling water maker (CO2)

  • Sirup

  • Soap

  • Dishwasher tabs

  • Toilet paper

  • Wet wipes

  • Air Fresheners

If something is out of stock, buy it in Coop next door or order it immediately!

Hint

If the CO2 bottle for the sparkling water maker is empty, replace it with a new one. Have a look at the available SodaStream merchants.

Every tuesday

We need to regularly run water through both shower drains due to the smell of the drain system

To clean the shower drains:

  1. Remove the lid of the drain inside the shower on the bottom

  2. Get the showerhead and place it on the now open drain

  3. Turn on the water and change the temperature to warm

  4. Pour some shampoo inside the drain and let the foam wash away

  5. Turn off the water after 2-3 minutes of letting the water run

  6. Put the shower drain lid on again

Every thursday

  1. Throw or give away expired groceries

  2. Empty the rubbish bags in the office (downstairs)

  3. Take out the rubbish

Every friday

  1. Clean the whiteboards & blackboards

  2. Clean the coffee machine thoroughly

  3. Clean the air conditioner filter

Bi-monthly

  • On the first wednesday of every second month, check the battery level of the reserve MacBooks

Half a year

  1. Change the water filter of the coffee machine

  2. Clean the refrigerator & freezer

  3. Charge the reserve MacBooks to 50% battery level only

Hint

The filter of the coffee machine has to be changed every 15th of April and 15th of October.

Hint

The MacBooks should be charged to 50% battery level every 3rd April and 3rd October.

When we’re out of coffee beans, we order new ones by following these steps:

  1. Go to Kaffeeshop-Kaffeewelt and login with office@confirm.ch

  2. Choose the coffee beans New York Bohnen Extra 500g with the article number A1536

  3. Order atleast 4 packs

  4. Make sure you order by invoice

  5. Make sure billing address is our location in Zug and delivery address is our location in St. Gallen
