Calendar subscriptions
----------------------

For recurring calendar events, we've created a central ICS service. Feel free to subscribe to one of the following ICS files:

- `Recurring meetings <https://ics.confirm.ch/meetings.ics>`_
- `Holidays (Ferien) of the city St. Gallen <https://ics.confirm.ch/ferien-sg.ics>`_
- `Holidays (Feiertage) of the canton St. Gallen <https://ics.confirm.ch/feiertage-sg.ics>`_
- `Holidays (Feiertage) of the canton Zug <https://ics.confirm.ch/feiertage-zg.ics>`_

    Please do not download the ICS files, but use the URL to **subscribe**.

DAV client
----------

.. important::

    If you use Thunderbird or Outlook as Client, you have to use the URL ``https://calendar.confirm.ch/caldav.php/<your UID>/calendar`` as Calendar Location.

.. important::

    Please do not use the calendar / reminders on the IT account, because we don't need that.

DAV server
----------

The server is powered by `DAViCal <http://www.davical.org/>`_ and it runs on `calendar1.pvt.confirm.ch <ssh://calendar1.pvt.confirm.ch>`_.

Point your browser to the `calendar.confirm.ch <https://calendar.confirm.ch>`_ URL and login with the ``it`` account and the password stored in the :ref:`Enpass <enpass>` vault.

.. important::

    Please note a user has to login at least once, so that you can see the user resource in the `DAViCal <http://www.davical.org/>`_ web interface. Also make sure the user is part of the ``confirm IT solutions`` group with the appropriate permissions.
