Welcome colleague

Be there when the new colleague starts and give him a lovely welcome. Explain how the onboarding works, mainly:

1. Welcome: Welcome the colleague in the team and introduce him to everyone

2. Environment: Connect the colleague to our environment and make sure she/he has access

3. Fundamentals: Introduce the colleague to our foundation and strategy

4. Onboarding: Introduce the colleague to our onboarding plan

Welcome checklist

1. Introduce her / him to the team

2. Introduce her / him to the coach and explain the role of the coach

3. Show her / him the office facilities

4. Show her / him the workplace

5. Handover the welcome gifts

6. Let them set up their workplaces

After that, take a break, make some coffee and have a chat to introduce ourselves.
