  1. Download the Personalangaben PDF

  2. Fill out the informations you already have (reduce friction for new colleague)

  3. Send the PDF to the colleague to fill out the missing bits

Hint

In case the PDF needs to be updated, the original Pages document can be found in our ERP, in the Documents > HR > Templates workspace. Since Pages doesn’t support (PDF) forms, the form needs to be added with Adobe Acrobat after the PDF export.

Family allowances
