The colleague has to be created in the ERP.

UserΒΆ

Create the colleague’s User first. Make sure the following steps are done:

  • As Name use the full name

  • As Email Address use the employees UID

  • Set Language to English (CH)

  • Create the User, which will also create the Contact

  • Create the Employee by clicking the Create Employee button in the header

Hint

We’re paying a subscription fee for each user. Thus, if you’re entering the ERP informations long before the employee starts, you might want to archive the user temporary.

ContactΒΆ

Edit the colleague’s Contact. The following informations are required:

  • Employee Name

  • Private Address

  • Private Mobile & Email

  • Bank Account (Bank & IBAN)

EmployeeΒΆ

Edit the collegue’s Employee. The following process works best:

  • Select the Department & Job Position first

  • In the Work Information, select the confirm IT solutions contact

  • In the Private Information, select the created colleague’s contact

After that, fill out the informations.

ContractΒΆ

Create the Contract and specify all these informations:

  • Start Date

  • End Date (if applicable)

  • Wage

  • Non-Occupational Accident Insurance

  • Pension Fund Contribution

  • Family Allowance

  • Tax at Source
