MBTI profile

Because a lot of our work has to do with interpersonal relationships, psychology plays an important role. There are interesting concepts out there and we think MBTI is such an interesting approach.

If you like, feel free to inform yourself about MBTI and then take your free Personality Test. It’s quite fun to take it and the results are mostly very accurate.

When you decided to join us, you probably had a clear vision how your job respectively your day looks like.

Everybody of us has different reasons why we do things. There might be intrinsic values which thrive us, such as a feeling of fulfilment, or we do something because of extrinsic reasons, such as financial rewards. This applies for our job & work as well.

Take your time and think about the 5 personal values which thrive you, respectively which play an important role in your job. Think about why you wanted to join us and what you’re hoping for. If you found your 5 top personal values, discuss it with your coach.
