Personal data PDF
-----------------

1. Download the `Personalangaben PDF </_static/Personalangaben.pdf>`_
2. Fill out the informations you already have (reduce friction for new colleague)
3. Send the PDF to the colleague to fill out the missing bits

.. hint::

    In case the PDF needs to be updated, the original Pages document can be found in our `ERP <https://erp.confirm.ch>`_, in the ``Documents > HR > Templates`` workspace.
    Since Pages doesn't support (PDF) forms, the form needs to be added with Adobe Acrobat after the PDF export.

Family allowances
-----------------

If the colleague has children, we need to check if we need to pay out family allowances.
