Because a lot of our work has to do with interpersonal relationships, psychology plays an important role. There are interesting concepts out there and we think `MBTI <https://www.myersbriggs.org/my-mbti-personality-type/mbti-basics/>`_ is such an interesting approach.

Job profile
-----------

When you decided to join us, you probably had a clear vision how your job respectively your day looks like. 

Take your time and describe how your daily job looks like, for example *"80% Backend Development, 20% Admin"*.

---------------

Everybody of us has different reasons why we do things. 
There might be intrinsic values which thrive us, such as a feeling of fulfilment, or we do something because of extrinsic reasons, such as financial rewards. 
This applies for our job & work as well.

Take your time and think about the 5 personal values which thrive you, respectively which play an important role in your job. 
Think about why you wanted to join us and what you're hoping for. If you found your 5 top personal values, discuss it with your coach.
