Voice and video conferences

VoIP conf bridge
----------------

We're using Asterisk as our PBX (phone system). If you find yourself in the situation for the need of a phone conference bridge, simply follow these instructions:

- Call our main number ``044 500 25 05``
- Press the ``*`` (asterisk) key
- Enter the PIN ``666`` and press the ``#`` (hash) key

    The ``*`` (asterisk) is not announced and a hidden feature. 

Jitsi Meet
----------

We're using `Jitsi Docker <https://github.com/jitsi/docker-jitsi-meet>`_ containers to run `Jitsi <https://gitlab.confirm.ch/confirm/meet>`_. `Jitsi`_ can be used for video conferences and screen sharing.

    You can use the Mattermost integration ``/jitsi`` to create new rooms.

Jitsi Recordings
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Jitsi also allows to record sessions. Just do the following during a meeting:

1. Press the three dots (``...``) in the bottom menu
2. Select ``Start recording`` or ``Stop recording``

Jitsi should then send a message with the recording URL to the `Meeting Mattermost channel <https://mattermost.confirm.ch/confirm/channels/meeting>`_.
