Pen
---

Every new colleague gets a personal ballpoint pen with his / her name engraved.
The pen can be ordered like this:

- Go to `Schreibkultur Schiff <https://schreibkultur.schiff.ch/>`_ (Marktgasse 5, 9000 St. Gallen)
- Choose a **Caran d'Ache 849** ballpoint pen (we usually got the **Black Code** or **Brut Rosé**)
- Order them to **engrave the colleague's full name** on **the back of the pen**
- Pay by **invoice** (we should be accredited)

Flowers / chocolate
-------------------

Organise flowers and/or chocolate for the new colleague, depending on her or his preferences.
