AHV/ALV
-------

In case the colleague is required to pay OASI allowances (becoming 18 or older this year) and its salary is over ``CHF 21'510`` (as of 2022), we've to:

- Register the the colleague at the Ausgleichskasse

    Register the colleague with `AHVeasy <https://www.ahveasy.ch/>`_.

Pension fund
------------

In case the colleague is required to pay OASI allowances (see :ref:`AHV/ALV`) we've to:

- Register the the colleague at our pension fund institution
- Transfer the colleague's existing pension fund to the new pension fund institution
- Update the contract in the `ERP <https://erp.confirm.ch>`_ with the pension fund contribution

.. note::

    Our pension fund institution is `ASGA <https://www.asga.ch>`_.
    To register the colleague with `ASGA`_, use the dongle in the office.

Insurance
---------

Every colleague is BU insured. If the colleague works more than 8 hours per week he/she has to be NBU insured (if not already at another employer). 

- Update the payroll amount at the insurer
