Calendar
========

Another important tool in an office is the calendar.
We're using a DAVcal server as calendar server and even that it's a standard, DAVcal can be quite tricky and sometimes it's simply a bitch.

- Open your personal calendar client, we're mostly using macOS Calendar 
- **Configure your personal calendar client** with the settings found in the :ref:`DAV Client` docs.
- **Subscribe your personal calendar client** to our meetings found in the :ref:`Calendar Subscriptions` docs.

When your calendar client is configured properly and you won't end up with an error message:

- Ask your coach to add you to the **confirm calendar group**
